裁判傍聴そして中華街で牛肉麺

裁判傍聴そして中華街で牛肉麺

軽く関係あるんだかないんだか程度に関係のある刑事裁判傍聴ため、埼玉からはるばる横浜へ・・
と思ったけど、電車乗り継ぎだと遠い横浜も高速使って車で行けばあっという間ですね。

裁判所だよ裁判所、かっこいー。

建物の中は一切写真撮影禁止なのでションボリ。

裁判所の中は職員、弁護士、事件関係者、裁判傍聴マニアと色んな人たちがいましたが、裁判所の入り口に今日の裁判の予定が張ってあって、予約とか身分証明とか一切必要なく見たい裁判の傍聴ができるんですね。

ちなみに気になる裁判があるけど日時がわからない場合、担当の裁判所に電話すれば（その裁判の日付が決まっていれば）教えてもらえますよ！

そしてお目当ての裁判の部屋へ・・。
25人ほど入る部屋はほぼ満員だったけど、多分ほとんど傍聴マニア。

今回は第一回公判だったので、まず裁判官が被告の本人確認？をした後、検事が罪状の内容を読み上げ。
それに対し被告が罪状認否するのですが、今回は被告側弁護人から事前に「期日間整理手続」の申請があったとかで、罪状認否保留のまま第一回公判終了。
開始から５分足らずの出来事でした・・・。

この期日間整理手続というのは要は先延ばしっぽい感じなんですが、罪状を否認する時によく使われるようです。
否認するのか、そっか。

まあそんな訳であっという間に用事が済んでしまい、お昼時だったのもあって中華街でランチすることに。

牛肉麺が食べたかったので台湾料理屋さんへ。

どうやら台湾人ご夫婦でやっているお店らしく、気のいいお喋りなご主人が接客担当。
「うち中国料理じゃなくて台湾料理だけど、だいじょうぶ？？」

はいはい、台湾料理目当てだからノープロブレムですよ～。

「うちに来たらこれ！」と水餃子と大根餅をおススメされたけど、そんなに食べられないので水餃子だけオーダー。

「ちゃんと味がついてるので何もつけなくて美味しいよ！もしつけるならお酢だけがおススメ！」という水餃子。
大ぶりで味もしっかりしててモチモチ、たしかに美味しい。

稲庭うどんっぽい麺です。香り高くて本場の味、うまし！！

もし気が向いたらまた第二回公判見に行くけど、その時はまたこの店で牛肉麺食べようと思います。
